Easy-Heat is the perfect way to insulate any room when laying underfloor heating where an adhesive is required to stick the flooring down (i.e. ceramic, slate, stone, marble, etc).

Uninsulated floors will act as a heat sink absorbing most of the heat energy created by the underfloor heating, if you choose not to insulate the floor before installing underfloor heating you will find that the power usage will be at least double that of the same system with insulation.

Lightweight and very Strong

A high ratio of mechanical strength to weight gives excellent spanning capabilities and makes Easy-Heat highly portable and superb on-site manageability. Easy-Heat can support weights of 30 tonnes per meter square.

High Water & Moisture resistance

The closed cell structure of Easy-Heat minimises water absorption offering protection against damage or deterioration when exposed to the damp.

Bonding properties

The smooth, dust free, surface of Easy-Heat provides an optimum base for bonding and laminating.

Application

The generic form of Easy-Heat is used to as an insulation in double glazed doors & windows, caravans, lofts, wall cavity insulation, floors and much more.

We recommend that you use our 1 part rapid set flexible tile adhesive which has been tried and tested by Granfix adhesives, Granfix are happy to endorse Easy-Heat for use with their products.
