The flat ribbon underfloor heating system fits on ANY subfloor and under ANY floor covering as a primary heat source (no need for radiators), because the flat ribbon system fits under all floor products you don't need to learn about 2 or more different heating systems.

Height differences

There is no need for additional sub floor preparation meaning it can be fitted in new builds or retro fitted into an existing property. The flat ribbon underfloor heating elements are only 1.8mm in depth making it the most slim-line heating source on the market.

High floor coverage

With the flat ribbons being wider and closer together than any other system you are guaranteed a more even spread of heat with no hot or cold spots. With the heating elements achieving such a massive floor coverage it heats up quicker than any other form of underfloor heating.

Easy to install

The flat ribbon underfloor heating system is very easy to install upto the point of connecting the thermostat where an "Part P Qualified" electrician will be needed. As mentioned before there is no need for any sub floor preparation other than ensuring it is flat and free from dust and debris.

Cost Effective

Because the flat ribbon underfloor heating system does not rely on heating up your sub-floor and only needs to heat up your flooring product, this means that the power required is far less than that of other underfloor heating systems that are buried in upto 75mm of screed. Because we are not heating up the screed the duty cycle is approximately 1:5 meaning it draws electricity for about 10-15 minutes of each hour when heating is required, this works on a little but often trickle feed.

Highly Controllable

Incorporating the highly advanced thermostat means that the underfloor heating is optimised to give you the best control features i.e. highly programmable and thermostatic regulation, power boost features, ability to alter switching differential, can be calibrated should the readings drift (ideal if you need to extend the floor probe), child lock to save settings being altered by accident, holiday mode and much more. With all the controls available efficiency is guaranteed.
