Decide on a budget; ‘floating floors’ such as wood, laminate and carpets are cheaper than ‘stick down floors’ such as vinyl, ceramic, stone. As a rule we can usually supply and install a ‘floating floor’ including under floor heating for the same price as a ‘stick down floor’.
