After recently completing a level 6 house and by client demand we have recently formed an in house building services team. The team is capable of taking on projects of any size from modest home improvements to new build and they are fully aware of the benefits eco building and can advise on best practice for achieving a ‘green’ eco friendly home.

Russell’s Recommendation

Make sure your builder and if required your architect are knowledgable about renewables - this sounds easier than it is. In my experience, not that many of them understand the full concept of renewables and how to get the best from them.

Make sure you are comfortable with the builder you choose to do the work, cheapest isn’t always the best value for money.
